Lemon Bars

 Ingredients:

1 C Butter

2 C Sifted Flour

1/2 C Powdered Sugar

1/4 Tsp Salt

4 Eggs, beaten

2 C White Sugar

4 Tbsp Sifted Flour

5 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Zest


Instructions:

To Prepare Crust-

Mix first 4 ingredients and pat into bottom of 13x9" baking dish. Bake at 350* for 20 min.

To Prepare Filling:

Mix remaining ingredients for 4 minutes and pour on top of hot crust. Bake at 350* for 25-30 min. When cool, sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar and cut into squares. 

Yield 24 squares.
