From my old DC roomie, Darcy
1stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
2/3 cup HERSHEY'S cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Melt butter. Stir in cocoa. Alternatively, add powdered sugar and milk, beating on medium speed to spreading consistency. Add more milk, if needed. Stir in vanilla. Makes about 2 cups.

Update 6/25: I ran out of regular cocoa, so used about 1/4 cup of dutch processed cocoa, and I didn't like it as much. Still delicious, but this is one thing that I like the lighter cocoa for sure!
